ABOUT BRANDON

Brandon Love serves as the Director of the Roland Sports Complex, where he leads the mission to make RSC the standard for athletic development and community connection in Arkansas. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Master’s in Education, Brandon brings a unique combination of academic foundation, coaching expertise, and leadership experience to everything he builds.

Over the past decade, Brandon has trained more than 50 collegiate players, including current pros Malik Monk (NBA)and Christyn Williams (WNBA). His five years of collegiate coaching experience — with stops at Rhodes College, the University of the Pacific, and Eastern Kentucky University — shaped his player development philosophy around habits, accountability, and competitive consistency.

Before his work at RSC, Brandon served as Dean of Students at eStem Downtown Junior High in Little Rock, where he helped design programs centered on mentorship and growth both on and off the court.

Through his leadership at Roland Sports Complex, and his programs Iso Basketball Club and Stacking Days Training, Brandon continues to build pathways for athletes to train, compete, and evolve — grounded in the same core belief that drives all of his work: development over everything.
